Reprogramming Compound Library
Product No.: L8110

Cellular reprogramming refers to the process by which differentiated somatic cells are reversed to a pluripotent or totipotent state under certain conditions. Traditional reprogramming techniques have limitations in clinical applications due to problems such as the integration of exogenous genes, while the study of small molecule compounds to induce pluripotent stem cells has opened up a new approach to somatic cell reprogramming.

Small molecule compound-induced reprogramming has a lot of advantages. For instance, integration into the genome can be avoided, so as immunogenicity; the target can be acted upon directly through the cell membrane with simple manipulation; effects are reversible, multiple targets can be regulated at the same time, and cell fates are controlled precisely.

Small molecule compound-induced pluripotent stem cells have great potential in drug discovery, cell therapy, and disease modeling, opening up new avenues for the treatment of major diseases.

TargetMol’s Reprogramming Compound Library is a unique collection of 1813 bioactive small molecule compounds of cellular reprogramming-related signaling pathways, providing an effective tool for cellular reprogramming research.
