The compound library of highly soluble micro-fragments consists of 1081 low-molecular-weight fragments. Low-molecular-weight compounds (so-called micro-fragments) are derived from commercially available fragment spaces. The focus is on ensuring the chemical stability of the compound, the absence of reactive compounds, meeting the physical and chemical characteristics of the screening, and not strictly complying with the drug similarity standards, the structural diversity of compounds/covering a wider chemical space, aims to provide hit drug targets for the fields of new drug discovery and drug design.
